The Gospel of Jesus Christ, and an overview of related Bible truths.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Everyone is a sinner. This includes you. Committing a single sin makes you a sinner. If you have ever lied, or taken an item that was not yours, making you a thief, confirms that you have not kept the Ten Commandments, and are in fact, a sinner.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Sin removes your name from God’s Book of Life. Thus, all sinners will suffer death. If a person does not repent of their sin, they will be sent to Hell.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Salvation from Hell does not come from trying to follow the laws in the Bible, including the Ten Commandments, nor does it come from doing good works like helping the poor, or giving money to a church.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Jesus Christ was and is sinless. He died for every past sin ever committed, and every future sin that will be committed in the world.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
Since Jesus paid for your sins, He is the only way to Heaven. Only Jesus can save you from Hell.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Anyone can be saved, no matter how many sins he or she has committed. There is no middle ground. You will either have everlasting life, or you will not.
But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
You must believe that Jesus is the Lord of your life. You need only have faith in His saving power.
Pray to Him now. “Jesus, I believe that you paid for all my sins. Please be the Lord of my life.”
I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
There is only one true God. You can never become a god, and there are no other gods that can save you from Hell.
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
You can know for certain that you are going to Heaven. Again, the issue is your faith in Jesus, the Son of God.
Remember, once you have been given eternal/everlasting life, it cannot be taken away, or it could not have been called eternal life. Once you have eternal life, no sin can separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus.
